Season 6 of House M.D was kicked off with the season opener entitled as “Broken: Part 1” on September 21st 2009. This episode was so fantastic that it completely mesmerized all its viewers. In this episode, House initiates a detox plan at Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital to obtain the vicodin out of his organization in an effort to manage his figment of the imagination. Then it was shown that Dr. Nolan be in agreement to put pen to paper an advice to restore House’s medical permit only if House be of the same mind to additional treatment. At what time House was relocated to a new ward in the hospital, he builds up nearness with his new roommate; Alvie and an everyday visitor, Lydia, who assists House, curve the regulations. This time I have a very good news for all the fans of House M.D. The hot and happening actress Olivia Wilde who is well know for her portrayal of Remy “Thirteen” Hadley, commonly known as “Thirteen” on House M.D has been chosen by Maxim magazine as the “hottest woman of the year 2009”.
Isn't that amazing?
You all guys would find it funny, but when I came to know about this, my first reaction was, Wow! She ought to get it as she is the only Dr. who can make our body temperature rise.
I would have taken it as s**t in the mind if it would have just been said by Omar, but I got shocked when the producer, Shore concurs said, “We all really enjoyed the fact she was on the cover Maxim, but we’re used to Olivia’s hotness. But she does curse a lot. She grew up in a barn I think.”
Now this is height. On one side the world is honoring her with the attribute of “hottest woman of the year”, whereas on the other side she is being said to have a potty mouth.
But at the end of the day, “who cares”? She got what she deserved. In her professional life she is rocking and now this title of hottest woman of the year would definitely add more success to her resume.

Here Come The Promos of House MD Season 6!

Ever since our favorite medical drama House MD finished airing its Season 5 on 11th May 2009, fans have been eagerly waiting for the premiere of Season 6. And while there is still time for the airing of the latest season, Fox has raised the spirits of the fans of the show, by releasing two promos of the upcoming season.
The promos provide a sneak preview of what the fans of House MD should expect from the upcoming season. We are all well aware that Season 5 ended on a really dramatic twist, with House going to a mental care facility. Hence, it is quite obvious that people are eager to know what twists and turns his life takes and how his team works in absence his intellectual support.
I am sure that those of you, who have not seen the promos of House MD as yet, are eager to know about them. The first promo shows House wandering, sleeping restlessly, and struggling in the Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital, where he voluntarily admitted himself after being persuaded by Wilson to do so.
The second promo of House M.D Season 6 shows more eccentricities of House. Besides featuring the scenes from the first promo, it also shows House bullying a claustrophobic patient during a ball game, becoming involved in a fight, as well as making out with a doctor who has short hair. Now, whether the last scene would go on to become a turning point in the relationship of House and Cuddy is something that will be revealed only after the season actually starts airing!
The sixth season of House MD will premiere on 21st September 2009 with a special two hour episode. It has been confirmed that the episode will showcase a guest appearance by German-born actress Franka Potente. So Hugh Laurie has once again been nominated for the Emmy Award of Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his fantastic work in House MD TV show. But, frankly speaking, I just don’t know how to react to the news. I mean here is an actor who has already won two Golden Globe Awards, but has not been able to bring home an Emmy, despite having been nominated for the award thrice.
We have all come to recognize the immense talent of Hugh Laurie, who has proved his immense talent as he portrays the role of the lead character of Dr. Gregory House, on House MD. He has actually single handedly turned, what would otherwise have been just another quirky medical drama, into a great show. Hence it is really strange that even his immense talent has not been able to convince the jury of the Emmy Awards to finally acknowledge his acting powers.
But let us hope that this time Hugh’s talent is finally recognized and he gets to bring home the prestigious Emmy Award. We all hope and pray that this time the trophy of Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series, is received by this deft actor from House MD.
However, there is something more I would like to add and I am sure that you all will agree with it. We just want to tell Laurie, that whether you win the Emmy Award or not, you are definitely the best actor for all crazy fans like us. We are eagerly waiting to see you in the upcoming sixth season of House MD, supposed to premiere on 21st September 2009. But at the same time, we are keeping our fingers crossed and praying hard for your success at the Emmy’s.

Award winning House M.D soon to be as Game

Legacy Interactive and Universal Picture Digital Platform Group have decided to develop a game based on the very popular television series House M.D.
It’s not the first time when a game based on a Television series is being launched. Games based on well known TV series like Lost and Heroes were also being produced by Ubisoft.
Bill Kispert, Vice President and general manager of Interactive, Universal Picture Digital platform Group, said “Legacy’s success in developing television franchise such as Law & Order games give us confidence that they will deliver engaging interactive experiences to fans of House M.D”.
The game, based on House M.D, will be for PC and Nintendo DS as well. In the game, players will make life and death decisions as Dr. Taub, Dr. Hadley and Dr. George House. The players will be members of a life saving team that will diagnose a variety of patients with intricate illness.
House M.D is without doubt a big hit and has a wide veiwership. Moreover the series has successfully completed its five seasons. Fifth season of the series was concluded on May 11, 2009. But friends, you really don’t need to worry about this as very soon the next season is about to premier.

Hugh Laurie to continue with House M.D

Hugh Laurie who portrays the central character of George House in the show will continue to be part of the next season of the series also. I know you all must be glad to know this as George is the main character of the House M.D show, and it’s impossible to continue the show without him. Actually the speculations regarding his presence in the sixth season of House kicked off when the list of actors for this season was released without his name featuring on it.
Last time we saw Dr. George was in the fifth season finale bidding good bye to his old friends, and checking into a mental institution. Precisely due to this, all the viewers of the show are very eager to know what happens next.
The other secret about the show that I want to share is about a new character. There are rumors that Tony and Grammy Award winner Lin –Manuel Miranda is being cast as House’s psychiatrist hospital roomie. He will be there in at least two episodes in the beginning of the sixth season. Nothing has been finalized yet, through some inside sources have been revealed that producers are looking for more characters.
The show is about a team of doctors and their crazy lives, saving the lives of patients and helping them to come out of their problems and pains. Were that all doctors could be like House M.D’s team in real world as well.
Dr, George House is the main character of the show and the story moves around him and his team who together help their patients.

But all I am going to talk about today is one very famous character from the series. Yes guys, our very own Hugh Laurie, one man we all love in the series. The whole series actually revolves around Hugh Laurie who has been playing the role of Gregory House in “House M.D.”and we see him in each and every scene of the series.
